Useful information:

- wear comfortable clothing
- you can bring your training shoes but you will not use them during the class
- it is recommended to eat only lightly if at all 1,5-2 hours prior to class
- you might need about half a litre of water with you during the training
- duration of the class is 60 minutes
- as we work in small groups bookings – via email or phone - are essential to secure your spot
- the classes are mixed
