Why pilates?

- because after 4-5 sessions you become more flexible but usually even after the first session clients can feel the benefits of stretching
- because it strengthens deep muscles, develops a strong "core," or center of the body providing stable base for correct posture
- because it aims for symmetry in the body, which improves harmony and co-ordination of movement
- because it facilitates conscious breathing which opens the gate between body and mind
- because via sustained concentration it helps moving and thinking consciously
- because by massaging the internal organs it strengthens the immune system
- because in a well-structured session movement and energy flow freely
- because you can adopt it in your daily life.
